Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area

We deliver to all 9 provinces across South Africa:

  • Eastern Cape
  • Free State
  • Gauteng
  • KwaZulu-Natal
  • Limpopo
  • Mpumalanga
  • Northern Cape
  • North West
  • Western Cape

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS once your order has been placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.

3. Delivery Times

Standard delivery times by region:

  • Major Metro Areas (Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal major cities): 3–4 business days
  • Secondary Cities (Bloemfontein, Gqeberha, East London, Polokwane, Nelspruit): 4–5 business days
  • Regional & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier capacity, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over R2,500
  • Orders under R2,500: Flat-rate shipping fee of R99

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS and email. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

6. Delivery Confirmation

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept the package. If you will not be available, please include delivery notes with your order (e.g., leave with a neighbour, deliver to reception, gate code, etc.).

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically make up to 2–3 additional attempts. After failed attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and/or product, and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
